This rare guitar was a present to Steve from, legendary guitar wizard, Les Paul. It is one of the first guitars Les learned to play on. Les said his mother bought it through the Sears catalog in the 1920's. The price she paid, at the time, was $3.25. The guitar is pictured in it's original case. The inscription on the guitar reads "To Steve -- One of my first guitars -- almost. (signed) Rubarb Red a/k/a Les Paul"
