JIMMI ACCORDI -
Jimmi Accardi played backup guitar at a young age for early rock 'n' roll
hit-makers like The Classics ("Till Then"), The Moonglows ("Sincerely"),
The Belmonts ("Where or When"), and The Regents ("Barbara Ann"). Later he
toured as the guitarist for Chubby Checker. Other artists he recorded with
include Rupert Holmes, Eddy Dixon, and Harry Nilsson. He also toured as
lead guitarist behind Mickey Dolenz and Davey Jones of The Monkees. Some of
Jimmi's musical influences are Big Joe Turner, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little
Richard, Carl Perkins, Elvis Presley, Chuck Berry, King Curtis, Wynonie
Harris, Huey Piano Smith, Muddy Waters, and Larry Williams. Here are some
of his original songs and instrumentals, great rock and roll, '50s rhythm
and blues, country blues, rockabilly, and jump blues.

One of the originators of the rockabilly sound. In the 1950's
Billy recorded the rockabilly classics; "Rock Pretty Mama", "You Gotta Have A
Ducktail", and "You Heard Me Knockin", among others. His recordings have
been released on the legendary Nau-Voo label, Dot-MCA, and ABC Paramount
record labels. Billy is also a "Legends" member of The Rockabilly Hall Of

SIMONE DI MAGGIO & the Rockabilly Rebels -
(15 years old!! [2002]), is a young and wild Rockabilly Kid from Florence, Italy.
His love for Rockabilly music comes from his family.
He grew up listening to his father's Rockabilly records. His father (Massimo Di Maggio) and
his uncle (Marco) are well-known as the Di Maggio Bros.
On his debut album, "Everybody's Movin'", he plays electric guitar and sings in classic
rockin' and Doo-Wop tradition, showing a variety of rockin' influences from the likes of Dion
& the Belmonts to Larry Collins and Eddie Cochran.
Simone plays all over Italy and his name appears on major festivals.
Just take a listen to "Party Doll" or his instrumental, "Milkshake Boogie" and
you know how great this kid will be in the near future.

The Hillbilly Stringpickers is a Countryswing and Rockabilly trio
which has been founded in 1998.
The overall style of the band comprises the following styles: Honky Tonk,
Countryboogie, Hillbilly and Rockabilly. Solid and straight, like they use to play
it in the fifties.

Honest-ta-God Hillbillies.
This group is a bunch of honest to God hillbillies who couldn't play
anything but hillbilly music even if they tried, which they won't, cause
they's too lazy. Featuring two gitars, harmonica, drums, bass, and sax by
Don Taylor (Lynnyrd Skynyrd, Artemus Pyle Band). Not a pretty sight, but

The Horton Brothers are based in Austin and play traditional
rockabilly (sometimes bordering on hillbilly boogie). The band is
made up of Billy and Bobby Horton, Shaun Young (from High Noon),
and Derek Peterson (from Kidd Pharoah). They're one of the few
local Austin bands that are still actively playing rockabilly.
